• Form submissions are sent through a third-party form provider configured by IncaStack.
• Submission notifications are delivered to IncaStack email inboxes.
• Website hosting is provided via Cloudflare Pages.

Suppliers are selected on a practical, low-overhead basis and used only where necessary for enquiry handling and site operation.

Retention period

Enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months and then deleted unless there is an ongoing commercial reason to keep it for longer.
