Data collected
When you submit a project brief, the information collected may include:
- Name, email address and optional company name
- Website or application URL
- Project type and scope details
- Technology stack or existing platform
- Budget, deadline, access and dependency information
Why this data is used
- Assess project fit and respond to enquiries
- Clarify requirements and prepare a scoped proposal where relevant
- Maintain enquiry records for follow-up and service quality
Lawful basis: legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and pre-contractual steps at your request.
Where data is sent and stored
- Form submissions are sent through the third-party form provider configured by IncaStack.
- Submission notifications are delivered to IncaStack email inboxes.
- Website hosting is provided through Cloudflare Pages.
Suppliers are used only where necessary for enquiry handling and site operation.
Retention period
Enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months and then deleted unless there is an ongoing commercial or legal reason to keep it for longer.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics is used only after you select Accept analytics. It helps IncaStack understand page visits, referral sources and general device or location information. Google advertising signals and advertising personalisation are disabled.
When accepted, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies beginning _ga. They expire no
later than 12 months after the most recent visit. Your consent choice is stored in your browser for up to
six months so the site can remember it.
You can withdraw or change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent disables further collection and removes the Google Analytics cookies accessible to this site. See Google's privacy policy for information about Google's processing.
Cloudflare provides aggregate hosting request statistics. Its optional browser analytics beacon is not currently enabled. No marketing pixels or advertising tags are included.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection in relation to your personal data by emailing hello@incastack.co.uk.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
