Customer-facing websites
Organise the offer so customers can find the right service and move confidently into a booking, quotation or enquiry route.
Websites, portals and web applications
I build business websites and custom web applications for UK organisations, from clearer customer-facing sites to portals, workflow tools and connected applications where the requirement justifies custom development.
A useful website may simply need to explain the offer and create a clear route to book, request a quotation or enquire. A larger requirement may need authenticated users, business rules, data, integrations and operational workflows. Both are valid projects; the scope should match the problem.
Organise the offer so customers can find the right service and move confidently into a booking, quotation or enquiry route.
Provide secure, practical interfaces for customers, staff or partners when the requirement extends beyond public content.
Integrate APIs, data sources and existing systems when a useful journey depends on more than a standalone website.
Suitable organisations
Fit depends less on the sector and more on whether the website or application has a clear commercial purpose, an accountable owner and a realistic scope.
Typical scope
The final scope is agreed around the customer experience, business rules, data, integrations and launch responsibilities the organisation actually needs.
Standard platform or custom build
A web application combines browser-based screens with business rules, data, permissions and integrations. It may support customers, staff, suppliers or a specific internal process. IncaStack can scope and build this type of bespoke software when a normal content website or standard platform cannot deliver the required workflow.
IncaStack will not recommend rebuilding a suitable booking, membership or payment platform merely to make a site look more custom. Where an established provider works, the web experience can connect to it through links, embeds or APIs.
If the priority is improving an existing system, see support and development for existing .NET applications. You can also review selected .NET work and production experience.
Project process
For inbound projects, the initial direction is agreed during scoping. Design and development then proceed once the required scope, responsibilities and commercial terms have been agreed.
Review and scope. Understand the business, audience and current journey, then agree the required pages, functionality and platform integrations.
Design and build. Set the visual direction, prepare approved content and build the responsive pages and interactions.
Connect and launch. Connect the domain, booking and enquiry routes before final testing, approval and launch.
Commercial boundaries
Website projects are quoted as a fixed scope after the required pages, content, integrations and launch responsibilities are understood. Managed hosting and maintenance are available as an optional monthly service.
Share the business need, current systems and the customer or operational journey you want to improve.
