A live UK landlord-compliance SaaS product with paying customers, designed, developed and launched by Craig. It demonstrates end-to-end responsibility across product design, application architecture, delivery and production operation.

CertNudge organises records by property, tracks key dates, stores evidence, sends reminders and creates structured compliance outputs.

Production platform experience

Seven years delivering a production platform serving 300,000+ active accounts

Craig worked as a core developer within an established production application, delivering and maintaining features in a C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server environment used by a large active account base.
